An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Senior Procurement Support Officer to join a well-established manufacturer and wholesale business based in Caulfield. About the Role
Working within an approachable and supportive team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and materials. You will play a key role in maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring stock levels, and supporting operational needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, products, and services
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Raise and track purchase orders
• Liaise with internal teams including production, sales, and logistics
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

About You

• Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role (ideally within manufacturing or wholesale)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems, although training can be provided
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
