Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, Seek, and FastTrack
• Preparing candidate profiles and managing compliance
• Posting job ads, coordinating interviews and inductions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Prepare and send floats to clients

What you'll bring:

• Recruitment experience (recruitment agency) preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter & Seek (FastTrack - not essential)
• Strong communication, organisation, and tech skills
• 360 Consulting / Business Development. Enjoy a balance of both.
