YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Lead the creation, process, design, development, and analysis of standardised product range.
• Developing/reviewing preliminary designs and generating manufacturing drawings with 3D design software.
• Compiling of finalised designs for both internal and external manufacturing.
• Create BOMs from designs and generate job packs/drawings for clients.
• Lead Junior engineers on the process or changes to new and existing products.
• Liaise with wider team on potential changes/improvements for designs or costings.
• Monitor projects to ensure scheduled dates are delivered.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Mechanical Engineering and design background and qualifications as necessary
• Roughly 6-7 years' or more experience (experience in manufacturing environment highly regarded)
• Competence with AutoCAD 3D mechanical design software. (Experience with 'Inventor' highly advantageous)
• Solid communication skills and a team player

Must have full Australian working rights and currently reside in Victoria.
