About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and Qualified Diesel Mechanic to join the Oxley workshop.You'll work across a range of trucks, buses, vans, and EV heavy vehicles, performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, overtime, and genuine career development options.Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Role Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on heavy vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete inspections and ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards
- Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and positive workshop environment
About You
- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic (Cert III or higher)
- Current HR Licence
- Experience with trucks, buses, or heavy commercial vehicles (EV exposure a bonus)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service
