Our client is a market leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and servicing of commercial doors, as well as specialised electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems. They are currently seeking a proactive and driven Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of installation projects.
This key role involves coordinating and supervising installations from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, engineers, designers, and sales representatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of installation projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise directly with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders including engineers, production, and sales teams.
- Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and keep project data up to date.
- Ensure responsive and professional communication with clients to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead, support, and inspire team members to achieve project and organisational goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in the building industry - windows and doors would be a highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising subcontractors and suppliers.
- Proficient in project reporting, scheduling, and using computer systems.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver project milestones on time.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both operational tasks and contribute to broader strategic outcomes.
