Conquest Recruitment Group is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Production Workers to join our client's facility in Braeside. Our client, a global leader in air diffusion and ventilation products, is experiencing rapid expansion and has made significant investments in market-leading manufacturing practices. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to learn and grow. While previous experience in aluminum and/or steel fabrication is advantageous, it's not essential as full training will be provided. With the potential for career progression, you'll be working in a high-performing team environment focused on quality and innovation.
This is a full-time casual role (temp to perm), Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays and the potential for overtime.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, brake presses, saws, guillotines, and presses is beneficial
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Mechanically minded and eager to learn
- Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding role
