Payroll Officer | TechnologyOne | Remote | $45/hr

Contract | ASAP Start | 100% Remote | Until December (Potential to Extend)

Our client, a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation, is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to step in and take ownership of their payroll function on a contract basis. With a team of around 450 staff and a very hands-on, manual process (think paper timesheets!), this role needs someone confident, capable, and ready to hit the ground running.

You'll be responsible for:

• Full end-to-end payroll processing for approx. 450 employees

• Fortnightly pay cycle

• Accurate interpretation of timesheets, leave calculations, and terminations

• Interpreting the SCHADS Award and applying it correctly

• Manual processing and data input (a love for detail is a must!)

• Working autonomously to meet tight deadlines

To be successful, you'll need:
✔️ Solid experience with TechnologyOne is advantageous not essential
✔️ Confidence interpreting and applying the SCHADS Award
✔️ Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing
✔️ A high level of accuracy with manual payroll work
✔️ Ability to work independently and stay organised
✔️ Available to start ASAP

While their office is based in Collingwood, VIC, this role can be done fully remotely from anywhere in Australia.
