We are now seeking an experienced payroll officer (say 2 years or so experience) to step into a diverse role that combines payroll processing, HR support, and accounting tasks. If you're ready for a challenge and eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:


  • Managing the fortnightly payroll for both Australian and New Zealand employees and contractors
  • Handling timesheets, leave requests, and payroll changes with precision and efficiency
  • Resolving payroll-related queries promptly and professionally
  • Accounting and HR duties


About You:


  • A friendly, approachable personality and a sense of humour!
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • At least 2 years experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Experience with Employment Hero, Hero Pay, and Reckon is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with statutory payroll requirements (e.g., WorkCover, PAYG, superannuation) is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive payroll data with care and confidentiality
  • A sharp eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, HR, or Business is a bonus, but not essential
  • Prior experience in recruitment an advantage
