Payroll Officer / Accounts Payable

Altona North | $75,000 - $85,000 + Super | Full-Time

AP is your strength, but you also know payroll?

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer to join a small and supportive finance team in Altona North.

This is primarily an end-to-end Accounts Payable role, with responsibility for weekly and monthly payroll. You'll need to be confident managing AP from invoice processing through to payments and reconciliations, as well as having hands-on payroll experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end AP function
• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
• Processing supplier payments, including foreign currency
• Managing credit card statements and AP reconciliations
• Running weekly and monthly payroll
• Processing timesheets and maintaining payroll records
• Assisting with general finance tasks as required

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience across AP and Payroll
• Strong end-to-end AP experience
• Previous experience running payroll
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident with accounting systems and Excel
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a small team and taking ownership
