What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a small operations team
- Oversee daily logistics across import/export, warehousing & transport
- Manage time-critical shipments (including AOG & aircraft parts)
- Drive performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Be the key link between your team, customers & senior management
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding or air freight
- Supervisory or leadership experience (hands-on style)
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes
- Experience with CargoWise (highly regarded)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
