  • Genuine work-life balance without compromising career growth
  • Relocation support available - interstate and international candidates welcome

The Role

We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic and values-driven team. You'll support clients to build independence, confidence, and everyday function-making a real, lasting difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Experience or interest in NDIS, mental health, rehab, or community settings
  • Driver's licence, WWCC, and police check (or willingness to obtain)

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your voice matters
  • Access ongoing professional development and mentoring
  • Enjoy a better pace of life while still advancing your career
  • Experience the lifestyle benefits of regional NSW
