The Role
We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic and values-driven team. You'll support clients to build independence, confidence, and everyday function-making a real, lasting difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting holistic assessments across functional, sensory, cognitive, and environmental domains
- Developing tailored, evidence-based therapy plans
- Recommending assistive technology and home modifications
- Supporting clients to achieve greater independence in daily living
- Collaborating with families, carers, and allied health professionals
- Preparing high-quality documentation and NDIS reports
- Contributing to a positive, growth-focused team culture
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Passion for person-centred, evidence-based care
- Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Experience or interest in NDIS, mental health, rehab, or community settings
- Driver's licence, WWCC, and police check (or willingness to obtain)
