The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join an Australian owned and operated Market Leader established for over 130 years working with a small friendly and supportive team based in the South East.

The Role

  • A new opportunity has become available for a National Service Administrator for a Permanent Position with an immediate start.
  • $65K-$75K + super
  • 8-4pm Monday to Friday
  • Will be fully trained

Key Duties will include:

  • Enter records into service database
  • Create and maintain service tasks
  • Act as the primary contact for the service department by maintaining service email accounts and answering phone calls
  • Schedule preventative maintenance, installations and emergency calls while prioritising the work as appropriate on any given day
  • Identify opportunities for combining service work to maximize efficiency of field service engineers based on specific criteria
  • Collaborate with the field service teams to ensure the closure of service jobs for timely processing of invoices
  • Maintain databases and registers relevant to the service department
  • Ensure customer order numbers are provided with every service task within set parameters
  • Maintain company site 'induction' / access applications and requirements
  • Work with accounts receivable to follow-up payment of completed work
  • Administer spare parts requirements relevant to Service, completing ERP system transfers, maintaining consignment stock replenishment, service store re-order requests
  • Provide after hours on-call phone support as required
  • Build relationships and provide superior customer service in line with the company goals and customer expectations
  • Assist front line sales staff with quotations, customer product enquires, and general customer assistance as requested
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health and Environment requirements and procedures
  • Ensure Quality Management System requirements are implemented, observed, and adhered to
  • Perform other duties as directed
  • Assist with periodic and ad-hoc cycle counts and annual stock take

Skills and experience:

  • Professional phone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and solve customer requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience within medical device industry is desirable
  • Experience with Sage is desirable and experience with Advanced MS Office Suite
