One of Australia's largest garment suppliers is seeking a Leading Hand/ Supervisor for their Canning Vale Warehouse.

The new warehouse has a fully computerised WMS system, Motorised picking machines. Crown Waves, Reach fork, Stock pickers and conveyor.

Reporting to the Melbourne Operation Director. Who will provide training and continual ongoing support.

THE ROLE:

• efficient running of a branch warehouse (incoming product, stock locations, picking/packing, outbound orders)
• stock control
• organisation of small warehouse team of five staff.
• ensure a Safe, Efficient and Clean working environment
• oversee any site subcontractors
• plan and meet KPI's
• organisation of container and transfer unloading and put ways
• ensure all machinery serviced, in safe working condition, ready for operation and clean
• Hours 8AM to 4PM , Monday to Friday. Limited seasonal overtime

YOU:

• will be seeking a role to take ownership of support, train, motivate staff in a safe environment
• have suitable stores experience, with relevant licences
• experience with a WMS computer system

• background in a high volume inventory
