Lead Rigger / Scaffolder

We're seeking a motivated leader to coordinate a small rigging and scaffolding team while delivering safe, high-quality work across maintenance and operational activities at Pioneer Mill.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, mentor and support a small rigging and scaffolding team.
• Perform rigging and scaffolding work across site maintenance and operations.
• Manage scaffold registers and ensure compliance with inspection and training requirements.
• Inspect, maintain and test rigging equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and replacement of damaged or out-of-service equipment.
• Support maintenance and production teams as required.

This is a full-time, permanent day work position, operating on a year-round roster with occasional weekend work and overtime.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Current High Risk Work Licences in Scaffolding, Rigging and Dogging.
• Experience leading teams in an industrial or maintenance environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Highly regarded:

• Forklift Licence
• Mobile Crane Licence
• Skid Steer Licence
• Gantry Crane experience
• HR Licence
