What You'll Be Doing

• Processing payments and helping with weekly reports.

• Following up overdue accounts in a polite, professional way.

• Helping resolve simple account or payment issues.

• Doing basic account reconciliations.

• Assisting with credit applications.

• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.

• Keeping your work area and systems organised.

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance/admin.

• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Friendly communication skills and a helpful attitude.
