What will this involve?

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
• Work with the sales team to handle customer inquiries, emails and social media enquiries
• Listen to clients' requirements and offer needs-based solutions to deliver optimum sales
• Develop and maintain our ecommerce platforms
• Manage inbound calls, customers queries and online requests
• Introduce and promote new products and ranges
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills

What will you need?

• Experience in a similar role and a proven track record (2 years' experience)
• You will have competitive drive and ability with a can do attitude
• Internal sales and account management experience
• Ecommerce sales experience
• Experience using SAP AND Microsoft 365
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Ability to plan and execute profit, budget and forecast reports
• Can do attitude with drive and determination to succeed
• Team player that is a proactive problem solver
