We're on the lookout for a detail-savvy, tech-comfortable Finance Support Officer to join a vibrant and supportive team! If you love problem-solving, working across systems, and turning financial confusion into clarity, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with internal and external parties
- Liaise with customers, tech teams & third-party providers
- Analyse exception reports and automate manual processes
- Help onboard software solutions and support new clients
- Keep records accurate and reports up to date
- Collaborate, share ideas, and make real improvements
- Create reports weekly and offer analysis
What You Bring:
- Around 2 years in a system operations/helpdesk or IT support role
- Sharp eye for detail, especially with numbers
- Solid computer skills and a knack for learning new systems
- Friendly communicator who enjoys solving problems
