We are looking for a motivated Field Technician with a strong technical mindset, hands-on attitude and a genuine desire to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in the field and building practical technical skills.

About the Role

• Install, service and maintain technology-based equipment at customer sites
• Respond to service and break/fix requests during business hours (with some after-hours work on a rotating roster overtime paid)
• Deliver professional customer service and accurate job reporting
• Work autonomously in the field while collaborating with a supportive technical team

About You

• Technically minded with a strong interest in IT, electronics or field services
• Willing to learn, work hard and take initiative
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organised and safety focused
• Full driver's licence required
