We're seeking a Field Service Technician to join our growing NSW team, servicing industry-leading sterilisation equipment used by hospitals, laboratories, research facilities, and healthcare providers across Australia.

The Role

As the face of our business, you'll work directly with customers to ensure critical sterilisation equipment remains operational and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation and commissioning of sterilisation systems
  
• Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
  
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown repairs
  
• Equipment validation and testing
  
• Managing service documentation and reporting
  
• Maintaining van stock and spare parts inventory
  
• Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Must have Restricted Electrical Licence or higher
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar service, maintenance, or fault-finding role
  
• Strong electrical and technical troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Current driver's licence
  
• Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
