Field Service Technician - Sterilisation Equipment

- $45-50 per hour + 12% Super + OT + take home vehicle + stanby allowance
- Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, smartphone & work expense credit card
- Monthly RDOs & regular overtime opportunities
- Comprehensive in-house training & onboarding
- Diverse fieldwork, including regional travel & occasional overnight stays
- Performance review at probation, with scope for pay increases and advancement

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and validate sterilisation systems
- Conduct emergency repairs, technical diagnostics, and fault-finding
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits
- Maintain service records, manage van inventory & documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, building lasting relationships
- What We're Looking For:
- Current restricted electrical licence (or higher)
- 2+ years' experience in electrical, fault-finding, or technical maintenance
- Confident interpreting technical manuals and schematics
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to obtain (or already hold) a Police Check and Working with Children Check
