Position: Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving technical challenges and interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with various terminals
• Accurately log client information, report faults, and manage service activities
• Follow through to close cases efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with merchants to foster trust and confidence
• Participate in product training and share your knowledge with the team
• Install, relocate, and provide technical services for machines
• Respond to service callouts promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the technical team to resolve issues seamlessly
• Manage van stock levels to ensure readiness for any service call
• Provide expert technical support to clients and resolve issues with ease
• Complete detailed service reports for each job

Skills & Experience:

• Permanent residency is required due to the nature of this position
• A valid driver's license is mandatory (for insurance purposes)
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rostered shifts and on-call availability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
