The Role as Field Service Manager, you'll take charge of all field operations, including glazing, service, warranty, and retrofit installation, balancing technical expertise with strong team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and scheduling service activities, managing staff and subcontractors
• Providing technical expertise on glazing and installation, including onsite problem-solving
• Leading and mentoring field staff, maintaining high customer service standards
• Acting as the primary contact for after-sales service and warranty matters
• Ensuring WHS compliance and promoting safe work practices

We're looking for someone with:

• A trade background in glazing, carpentry, or aluminium fabrication (essential)
• Proven leadership experience in service, installation and project management
• Solid knowledge of windows, doors, and installation standards
• Strong problem-solving ability and excellent customer communication
• Current White Card (mandatory) and driver's licence
