Experienced Field service managers / Team Leaders windows & Door's experience this your chance to lead from the front. Bring your project management and field service skills to the table.

The Role as Field Service Manager, you'll take charge of all field operations, including glazing, service, warranty, and retrofit installation, balancing technical expertise with strong team leadership and delegating, prioritising work tasks and building relationships with suppliers and construction managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling service activities, managing staff and subcontractors
  • Providing technical expertise on glazing and installation, including onsite problem-solving
  • Leading and mentoring field staff, maintaining high customer service standards
  • Acting as the primary contact for after-sales service and warranty matters
  • Ensuring WHS compliance and promoting safe work practices

We're looking for someone with:

  • A trade background in glazing, carpentry, or aluminium fabrication (essential)
  • Proven leadership experience in service, installation and project management
  • Solid knowledge of windows, doors, and installation standards
  • Strong problem-solving ability and excellent customer communication
  • Current White Card (mandatory) and driver's licence
