About the role

As Field Service Supervisor you'll oversee all field operations, including glazing, retrofit installations, warranty, and after-sales service. You'll balance practical, on-site work with the coordination of teams, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring each project runs safely, smoothly, and to specification.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, yet can also manage projects, people, and client relationships with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all service, installation, and warranty activities.
• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of technicians and subcontractors.
• Attend sites to provide technical support, inspection, and problem-solving.
• Liaise confidently with builders, architects, and customers to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and project delivery standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, service, and client satisfaction.

About you

• Trade background in glazing, carpentry, or aluminium fabrication (essential).
• Progressed into a leadership or project management role within construction or installation.
• Strong technical understanding of windows, doors, and glazing systems.
• Professional communicator who can engage confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive, and safety-focused with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• White Card and driver's licence required; Working at Heights desirable.
