This is a hands-on leadership role, coordinating maintenance and capital works while keeping schedules on track and operations running smoothly across critical production periods.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating maintenance and capital work execution on site
- Working closely with planners and schedulers to deliver achievable work plans
- Leading teams through breakdowns, shutdowns, and daily operations
- Driving safety, productivity, and reliability outcomes
- Stepping up to lead in the absence of the Engineering Superintendent
What we're looking for:
- Trade-qualified with 5+ years' maintenance experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- SAP experience (highly regarded)
