About the role

Based in Dingley Village, this successful food product supplier is seeking an experienced customer service representative to assist in their Accounts Department. Hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for an exceptional candidate.

Duties

  • General administration
  • Maintaining filing system & documents
  • General data entry
  • Assisting Senior team members
  • General office duties
  • Managing Inbound & Outbound Calls on overdue accounts

Skills and experience required

  • Good Administration skills
  • Accounts receivable experience is highly advantages
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
  • Basic - Intermediate Computer skills
  • Willing to learn and accept guidance
  • excellent written and verbal skills with focus on customer service.
