About the role
Based in Dingley Village, this successful food product supplier is seeking an experienced customer service representative to assist in their Accounts Department. Hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for an exceptional candidate.
Duties
- General administration
- Maintaining filing system & documents
- General data entry
- Assisting Senior team members
- General office duties
- Managing Inbound & Outbound Calls on overdue accounts
Skills and experience required
- Good Administration skills
- Accounts receivable experience is highly advantages
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
- Basic - Intermediate Computer skills
- Willing to learn and accept guidance
- excellent written and verbal skills with focus on customer service.
