About the Role:

As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers/clients, helping resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. You'll become an expert in managing support cases, dispatching technicians, and making sure issues are followed through to resolution.

It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a problem-solving environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound & outbound customer queries with professionalism
  • Triaging minor technical issues and escalating where needed
  • Coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
  • Logging cases accurately and providing timely updates
  • Following up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
  • Building your knowledge of technical systems and support tools
