Customer Service Officer

Dingley, VIC | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a friendly and supportive team based in Dingley. If you've worked in a similar customer service or order processing role and enjoy being the go-to person for customers and internal teams alike, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

✨ Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
✨ Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
✨ Liaising with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
✨ Preparing invoices and credit notes
✨ Checking orders for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
✨ Generating daily reports and maintaining customer records
✨ Providing general administration support and helping the wider team when needed

What we're looking for:

✔ Previous experience in a customer service role where order processing has been a key part of your day
✔ Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems
✔ Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
✔ Someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
✔ Solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
✔ A proactive team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
