Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance across product, vendor, and customer frameworks
• Build and maintain risk, QMS, and compliance systems
• Oversee product safety, labelling, and regulatory requirements globally
• Manage supplier onboarding and factory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
• Prepare compliance reports and manage regulatory relationships
• Lead and develop the compliance team

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of safety & labelling standards (US, EU, UK, ANZ)
• Experience in a product or manufacturing environment
• Expertise in risk, QMS, CAPA, and compliance systems
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and growth
