What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small, skilled team of Business Central consultants
• Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Business Central practice
• Oversee project resourcing, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
• Engage in pre-sales activities, solution design, and client workshops
• Implement, configure, and optimize Business Central solutions
• Share knowledge, support your team's growth, and stay ahead of Microsoft updates

What You Bring

• 5+ years implementing & supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven experience in a consulting leadership role
• Deep functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and reporting
• Strong client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification
• Bonus: PMP, Agile, or other leadership/project certifications
