We're looking for a Brake Press Operator to join a great team based in the South-Eastern Suburbs. You'll be working with sheet metal, operating a brake press and helping produce quality sheet metal enclosures and components.

This is initially an on-hired position working 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available and the opportunity to move into a full-time role.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating the brake press
• Bending and forming sheet metal
• Working from drawings and job instructions
• Measuring and checking your work
• Using hand and power tools
• Assembling sheet metal components
• Following safety and quality procedures

What we're looking for:

• Previous brake press experience is preferred
• Sheet metal or manufacturing experience is a bonus
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to read drawings and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Previous assembly or fabrication experience is advantageous
• LF licence is beneficial but not essential
