Operations/Service Manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Operations/Service Manager to take full responsibility for the Service side of our highly successful dealership - based in Regional Victoria!!!!

The role:

• Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service and parts department
• Manage all day-to-day operations in the service and parts department
• Ensure service department is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
• Always provide the best possible customer service whilst leading the team
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage service/parts-related inquiries and complaints
• Prepare and manage the service department's budget
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  
  About you:
• Service/Parts Manager with a proven track record in automotive
• Exceptional customer service and people management skills
• Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic, able to motivate and support your team
• Commercially focused with strong leadership skills
• A strong emphasis and proven track record in customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding KPI's
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
• A friendly and approachable personality including great people management skills
