Your Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction by:
- Estimating repair costs for damaged vehicles
- Preparing detailed quotes for insurance companies
- Ordering parts and managing inventory
- Welcoming customers, addressing their inquiries, and managing their experience
- Invoicing jobs and managing data entry
- Liaising with insurance companies to ensure efficient workflows
- Ensuring quality control and overseeing vehicle handovers
- Reporting to the Workshop Manager and driving results
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of Estimator experience in the automotive (panel shop) industry
- Proficiency in Auto Quote or similar automotive quoting software
- A self-starter who can work independently with a high level of attention to detail
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills
- A commitment to quality work and a high level of personal accountability
