About the Role:
Reporting to the Property Manager the purpose of your role is to oversee the management of the maintenance team (6 reports), essential services and building projects as well as the maintenance of the schools' physical buildings, grounds and facilities.

- Essential Services & Compliance
- Building Projects, Renovations & Classroom Setups
- Financial Management & Quotations
- Policy & Procedure Implementation
- OH&S Compliance and running weekly Toolbox Talks
- Task Allocation & Centralised Maintenance System
- Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Performance Management & Team Leadership
Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in Property maintenance, facilities management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at various levels including staff, students, trades people, contractors, service providers and regulatory bodies.
- A sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Proficient in Maintenance Management Software and reporting tools
- Physical ability to inspect maintenance work, conduct site walks and oversee hands on tasks as required
To be successful :
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Construction
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check and Victorian Drivers License
- Experience in managing teams, projects & budgets
- Knowledge of essential services, building projects and renovation processes
