Job Details

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated all-rounder to join a small office team in a full-time, permanent position. This is a stable role within an established international company, offering consistent hours and a supportive workplace.

About the Role

This position is a mix of customer service and administration. You will assist customers with enquiries, process orders, and support the wider team with general office duties. As part of a small team, you will handle a variety of tasks and work closely with both local and overseas colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Prepare quotes and process orders

  • Organise freight and coordinate deliveries

  • Support the sales team with administration

  • Liaise with warehouse and transport providers

  • Manage customer accounts and resolve issues

  • Assist with general office and reception duties

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience an advantage)

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team
