We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated all-rounder to join a small office team in a full-time, permanent position. This is a stable role within an established international company, offering consistent hours and a supportive workplace.
About the Role
This position is a mix of customer service and administration. You will assist customers with enquiries, process orders, and support the wider team with general office duties. As part of a small team, you will handle a variety of tasks and work closely with both local and overseas colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Answer customer enquiries via phone and email

Prepare quotes and process orders

Organise freight and coordinate deliveries

Support the sales team with administration

Liaise with warehouse and transport providers

Manage customer accounts and resolve issues

Assist with general office and reception duties
About You

Previous experience in customer service or administration

Strong communication skills

Good attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience an advantage)

Able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team
