What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare weekly debtor reports and process receipts (cheques, direct deposits, credit cards, webstore captures).

• Manage collections, ensuring timely payment within trading terms.

• Resolve escalated customer debtor disputes and maintain strong relationships.

• Perform account reconciliations and monitor potential bad debts.

• Manage "On Hold" accounts and credit applications.

• Provide prompt support to customer queries via phone or email.

• Ensure systems, procedures, and workspace are maintained to a high standard.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Accounts Receivable or similar experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
