Accounts Payable All-Rounder

AP is your bread and butter, but you know your way around payroll too?

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable All-Rounder to join a small and supportive finance team based in Altona North.

This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable, so you'll need to be confident managing invoices, payments, reconciliations and suppliers from end to end.

You'll also have some exposure to payroll and understand how the process works - you don't need to be a payroll expert, but you should be comfortable assisting with timesheets, payroll processing and keeping records up to date.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function
• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
• Managing supplier payments, including foreign currency
• Managing credit card statements and AP reconciliations
• Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll
• Processing timesheets and maintaining payroll records
• Assisting with general finance tasks as required

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in Accounts Payable
• Some hands-on payroll experience or knowledge
• Confident managing AP from invoice through to payment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using accounting systems and Excel
• Well organised with good time management skills
• Someone who is happy working in a small team and taking ownership of their work
