Our National client are Market Leaders in the Window and Door Industry and are currently seeking a Permanent Account Manager to join their growing team based in Bendigo. Reporting to the State Sales Manager the purpose of your role is to achieve maximum sales and growing existing and new accounts.

Key responsibilities:
- Growing and maintaining existing accounts (60%) and developing new accounts (40%)
- Delivering on sales budgets and meeting targets
- Making phone calls and booking visits and presentations as required
- Working closely with other departments including marketing, technical, accounts, production, despatch and service teams to achieve effective sales.
- Providing comprehensive knowledge of company products to clients
- Participating in trade shows as required
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a Sales/Account Management role ideally from the Window & Door Industry or the Construction Industry.
- Are competent with reading and understanding technical drawings and building plans.
- Are you resilient, adaptable and persistent with a mature approach to sales?
- Do you possess excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
- Are you KPI Driven?
- Possess strong MS Office Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
