About the Role
As an Account Manager in the Retail division, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring successful implementation of a premium product range. Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Managing key retail accounts - Working with flooring stores and retail spaces to drive demand for premium products.
✅ Building strong client relationships - Visiting allocated accounts regularly and ensuring sales teams and designers have the tools to confidently sell.
✅ Training and development - Supporting sales consultants and interior designers with education, training, and product knowledge.
✅ Maintaining product displays - Ensuring sample books, point-of-sale materials, and displays are up to date and in excellent condition.
✅ Sales support and analysis - Responding quickly to client requests, troubleshooting job issues, and analysing sales data to improve conversion rates.
✅ Process improvement - Working closely with the operations team to resolve issues affecting order processing and efficiency.
✅ Interstate travel - Assisting with training and account management in other regions when required.
