Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Systems Supervisor, you will be a dynamic and analytical Systems Administrator. Working onsite you will be surrounded by highly skilled professionals and exposed to some wonderful career opportunities. This role involves supporting and maintaining client's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while collaborating closely with the reliability engineering team. Ideally you will have Asset Management exposure in a previous position.
Your Key Responsibilities
Administer and support the CMMS, ensuring seamless system functionality
Assist in managing the Data Management Analytics Platform (DMAP)
Conduct data analysis to identify asset and maintenance trends
Provide training and support to system users
Maintain accurate data logs and documentation
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding work orders and service requests
Foster strong communication and relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
What You Need to Succeed
✔ Diploma in IT or equivalent industry training/experience
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in database reporting and systems configuration
✔ Understanding of software architecture and configuration
✔ Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python
✔ Experience in CMMS administration (Maximo experience is a game changer!) and or equivalent
✔ Exposure to GIS or BIM in maintenance delivery is advantageous
