THE ROLE

• Virtual 3D design and development using CAD software.
• Generate GA drawings customer approval.
• Compile 3D models/drawings for issue to production team or 3^rd party manufacturers.
• Create manufacturing drawings for metal fabrication.
• Work with team of Engineers and manufacturers to identify design changes.
• Assist with implementation of new machinery.
• Assess current designs and monitor enclosures throughout assembly to identify potential improvements.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design qualifications.
• Roughly 1+ year work experience in a similar 3D product design role.
• Sound knowledge of 3D mechanical design and AutoCAD software.
• Previous experience in steel fabrication would be an advantage but not essential
• Attention to detail & strong computer literacy.
• Perm residency/Aus Citizenship
