The Role
This role is varied; Help Desk will be the primary focus and you will also be out in the field for a week at a time on a rotating roster.
Duties will include
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Be able to resolve issues over the phone
- Accurately record client technical information and faults and raise any activities where required
- Be able to follow up and close cases
- Develop good relationships with merchants to instil confidence
- Participate in product training and share knowledge throughout the team
- Perform technical services, installations and relocations of machines
- Attend any service call-outs in a timely manner
- Liaise with technical team
- Maintain stock levels in van
- Provide technical assistance and support to resolve any issues
- Complete detailed service reports
*Initial training will be provided from the company's South East based head office for 1-2 weeks*
Skills and Experience
- Customer service background - Do you love talking to people?
- You like working with technology and using your hands
- Be able to provide a current open Victorian Driver's License
- Have the technical aptitude to problem solve
- Be able to work on a roster and be on call with flexibility
- Knowledge of computer management systems
- Exceptional computer skills
